We have discovered an issue in our VideoConnect service that MAY affect your ability to utilize this function.
This does NOT in any way affect the ability for the scoring application to score an online match.
Our team has identified the issue and is working on a solution.
In the meantime, if you plan on competing online, please log out & re-log into VideoConnect, before starting your session.
At any time, you can also refresh the browser for a full refresh (as opposed to the refresh button in the video screen).
As soon as we have this resolved, we will post an update.
