- All players must register onsite ahead of EVERY tournament they have entered
- NOTE: Youth Players will be asked to show proof of age (passport is suggested)If a player does not register, they will not be entered into the draw
- The draw for each tournament will be made once registration has closed

- All tournaments will be played using the DartConnect system
- Matches will not be announced across a microphone – it is each players responsibility to report to their board at the correct time for playing or marking
- Players should use the screens in the venue and the "Board Calls" functionality within DartConnect to ensure they know when they need to play and/or mark
Any player that does not report to their board at the correct time will be disqualified by the Tournament Director |

- Markers for all World Masters group stage matches will be detailed on DartConnect
- Markers for all first round of matches in the Hungarian Masters, Hungarian Classic, World Open, World Championship Qualifiers, Pairs and Triples will be detailed on DartConnect
- For all further matches in these tournaments losers must stay and mark the next match
Should any player not stay to mark, (or not find a person to mark on their behalf), they will be disqualified from the following day's tournaments |

08:00 – 09:00 – All players should register to play in the Hungarian Masters
10:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion
Sunday 26 October
08:00 – 09:00 – All players should register to play in the Hungarian Classic
10:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion
Monday 27 October
09:00 – 10:00 – All players should register to play in the World Darts Festival Pairs
11:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion
Tuesday 28 October
09:00 – 10:00 – All players should register to play in the World Darts Festival Mixed Triples
11:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion
Wednesday 29 October
08:00 – 09:00 – Women should register to play in the World Masters group stages
10.00 – Play will begin and will play through until all group matches are completed
11.00 – 12.00 – Men should register to play in the World Masters group stages
13.00 – Play will begin and will play through until all group matches are completed
Thursday 30 October
08:00 – 09:00 – All Youth players should register to play in the Youth World Masters
10:00 – Group stage play will begin in the Youth World Masters
TBC The knockout stages of both Youth World Masters tournaments play up to and including the quarter-finals (play begins once the Group stages are completed)
13:30 – The knockout stages of the Open and Women's World Masters play up to and including the quarter-finals.
Friday 31 October
09:00 – 10:00 – All players should register to play in the World Open
11:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion
The four World Open finals will be played on the streaming lanes
Saturday 1 November
13:00 – The eight semi-finals and four finals of the World Masters will be played on stage.
Sunday 2 November
08:00 – 09:00 – All players should register to play in the World Championship Qualifiers
10:00 – Play will begin and will play to a conclusion with four players from the Open and Open Youth tournaments, as well as two women and two girls all qualifying for the WDF Lakeside World Championships.
On Sunday 2 November play will be completed by 17:00 |
