Attn: DartConnect Premium Members As a premium member, your support has been essential as we continue to grow and expand our product features. We just completed the biggest upgrade since launching almost 3 years ago. While the upgrade includes only a few itake it more stable, more responsive, and easier to apply future updates. So while you may not be full of exciting features, it is essential to continue to deliver the best solution for each of you. Anytime you apply even a minor update, there is chance that something was broken or changed unintentionally. While we have tested and monitored the new platform for over a month, an update of this magnitude is bound to include something we might have missed. This is where we need your help. If you encounter something that you don't expect, please take a minute and file a bug report ( see below). If you find something "dramatic", please note the bug number (it appears on the screen after you submit the report) and send us a heads-up with a brief description and the bug number so we can prioritize. If you want to be really ambitious, please include a screen shot, using the tablet itself, or your phone. Send email notifications to: support@dartconnect.com with anything you find. Some Services will be Temporarily Unavailable December 17, 2017: Starting 4:00 a.m. US ET You will still be able to use the scoring app - see below for more details and a list of services that will be unavailable starting approximately 4:00 a.m. US Eastern Time (8:00 a.m. GMT), on Sunday, December 17, 2017. The maintenance period will last for approx. 6-8 hours. For the latest updates on service restoration - Follow us on Twitter or Facebook The DartConnect Scoring Application will still function if you remain logged in, otherwise you will need to wait until maintenance is completed. To continue using the scorekeeping app during the maintenance period: Make sure you are already logged into the app before maintenance begins (we suggest no later than Saturday night) Do a "Check for Updates" Stay logged in and do not log out Tip: Save the App to Your Home Screen After we announce that the maintenance period is over, connect your device to WiFi Internet, save the match and sync it to the servers. There is nothing more you need to do and reinstallation of the app will not be required once full service is restored. The following membership services will not be available during the maintenance period: App installation and log in (remain logged in to continue use) Competing Online & DCTV Backing up and restoring player library New member signup and subscription renewals Accessing match reports and leaderboards Member's website account management If you need to manage your account, please do so prior to the scheduled downtime and stay tuned for announcements on Twitter & Facebook for when full service is restored.
